Want to sponsor the SAEE Conference? Have a program, resource, or opportunity you wish to share with our conference attendees? Here are our sponsorship options:
$75 - Printed Materials Marketing - Send in up to two printed materials to be distributed to all conference attendees. All materials must arrive to the host institution at least 1 week prior to the conference.
$50-200 Digital Ads - Place a full page, 1/2 page or 1/4 page ad in the digital conference booklet. Booklets will continue to be available after the conference via the SAEE website.
$500 - General Conference Sponsorship - Purchase a general conference sponsorship which includes:
A full page ad in the digital conference booklet
2 printed materials and/or swag distributed to conference participants
3 social media posts on the SAEE accounts through-out the year
Sponsorship acknowledgement on the SAEE website for 1 year
$750 - Presenter & Research Award Sponsor - During the annual conference, SAEE recognizes up to three individuals who are providing outstanding contributions to the field of creative and arts entrepreneurship in ways of innovative research, pedagogy, and advocacy. Acknowledge the winners by sponsoring the winner’s award package.
Deadline to submit a conference sponsorship for the 2025 conference is February 15.
