The Stateview Hotel (Official SAEE Conference Hotel)
The official conference hotel is The StateView Hotel, located on NC State University's campus and less than three miles from the conference center. Free transportation will be provided from the hotel to the conference/ from the conference to the hotel on Friday and Saturday.

Reservation Method:
Each individual guest must make his or her own reservation by calling 1-888-312-8002 or book using this link no later than 02/21/2024. Guests making such reservations must identify themselves as a member of Group, NCSU SAEE Conference Room Block MAR2024. All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. If a guest does not cancel a reservation within 48 hours before the guest’s check-in date, the hotel may charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes. Room type preference (King or Double/Double Queen) is required to accept each reservation. This information assists the Hotel in assigning the appropriate rooms to guests. While these preferences are requests and not guarantees, every effort will be made to honor all guests’ requests.
